| Click on 'Getting Started' on the left hand side. Fill in the following fields: |

| Real Name - The name you want people to see when they receive an email from you |
| Return Address - Your email address eg. username@ispdr.net.au |
| Mail Server (Incoming) - mail.ispdr.net.au |
| Login Name - Type your ISP Doctor username |
| SMTP server (outgoing) - mail.ispdr.net.au |
| Put a tick in Allow Authentication |
