| Click on the 'Edit' menu and select 'Preferences' |
| Click on 'Navigator' on the left-hand side |
| On the right-hand side, enter 'www.ispdr.net.au' in the 'Home Page' field. |
| Click on the triangle next to 'Advanced' |
| Click on 'Proxies' |
| On the right-hand side, go into the 'HTTP' section and type 'proxy.ispdr.net.au' |
| In the 'Port' field type '3128' |
| Do the same for 'FTP' |
| Click 'OK' |

| Netscape is now ready to start surfing the Web! |
