| In Outlook Express: |

|  Click on the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts' |
| Click on the 'Mail' tab |
| Click on the 'Add' button on the right hand side and select 'Mail' |

| A new window showing 'Display Name' should pop up. This Display Name is what people will see when receiving an e-mail from you. |

| Next to 'Display name' type your full name (or whatever you like). Click 'Next' |
| In 'Email Address' type (your username)@ispdr.net.au |
| Click 'Next' |
| Select 'POP3' in the first pulldown menu |
| Next to 'Incoming Mail Server' type 'mail.ispdr.net.au' |
| Next to 'Outgoing Mail Server' type 'mail.ispdr.net.au' |
| Click 'Next' |
| In 'Account Name' type your username (Usually this will already be there) |
| Type your ISP Doctor password in the 'Password' field. Click 'Next'. |
| Click 'Finish' |

| Your e-mail account is ready to use! |
