Click on the 'Start' button: |

| Select 'Settings' |
| Choose 'Network and Dial-up Connections' |
| Click on 'Make New Connection' |

This will start the Network Connection wizard. When the wizard appears: |

| Click 'Next' |
| Select Dial-up to the Internet |
| Click 'Next' |
| Put a dot next to 'I want to set up my Internet connection manually' |
| Click 'Next' |
| Put a dot next to 'I connect through a phone line and modem' |
| Click 'Next' |
| Type the dial-in number for your area in the 'Phone Number' field |
| Remove the tick from 'Use area code and dialing rules' |
| Click 'Next' |
| Type your username into the 'Username' field |
| Type your password into the 'Password' field |
| Click 'Next' |
| In the 'Connection Name' field, type 'ISPDR' |
| Click 'Next' |
| For now, choose 'No' when it asks 'Do you want to set up a mail account now?' |
| Click 'Next' |
| Click Finish |
