Below are instructions on how to set up your ISP Doctor connection if your computer is running Windows 95 or Windows 98. Please

| Double-Click on 'My Computer' |
| Double-Click on 'Dial-Up Networking' (Windows ME users will need to go into Control Panel first) |
| Double-Click on 'Make New Connection' |

This will open up a Windows Dialler Wizard. When the window appears: |
|
| Delete 'My Connection' (the first box on the first screen) and type in: ISPDR |
| The second box shows you which modem to use (it should automatically select your default modem) |
| Click on 'Next' |
| Remove any numbers from the 'Area Code' section |
| Type the dial-in number (0198331627) into the 'Telephone Number' section (excluding the area code!) |
| Click Next |
| Click Finish |

| Right-Click on 'ISPDR' then go down to properties and left-click. |
| This will open up a properties window for the ISP Doctor dial-up |
| Make sure 'Use Area Code and Country before dialling' is NOT ticked. |
| Click on the 'Server Type' tab at the top of the window. |
| 'Type of Dial-up server:' should be set to: 'PPP: Windows 95, Windows NT 3.5, Internet' |

In the 'Advanced options' section (on the same screen) make sure: |

| The 'Log on to network' option is NOT ticked |
| The 'Enable Software Compression' option IS ticked. |
| The 'Require encrypted password' option is NOT ticked. |
|
In the 'Allowed network protocols' section (on the same screen) make sure: |
|
| The 'NetBEUI' option is NOT ticked |
| The 'IPX/SPX Compatible' option is NOT ticked |
| Click OK. You are finished! |
