Filling In The Form This section will go through the various fields of the form. Your Name - You should put your Real Name here (eg. Fred Smith). Typically, this will be the same name that is on the credit card - the person that owns the card should be filling out this form. Please DO NOT use a card unless you have express permission to do so, persons under 18 should not be using this site at all. Your login (account) name - This is your actual ISPDr username / login name (eg. fred - NOT fred@ispd.net.au). You should enter your login name using lowercase letters only. If you have / are using 'child accounts', please be sure to use the 'parent' account name. If you are unsure of your username, then please call ISPDr before proceeding. If you get your username wrong, don't panic - we have enough information to track down the payment and fix it up for you. Credit Card Number - This is the 15 / 16 digit number on your credit card. ISPDr accepts most major credit cards (processing limits vary on the card type - call for larger amounts). We accept: Bankcard / Mastercard / Visa (limit of $1000) - Amex / Dinners (limit of $200). Please note: We can not process debit / savings (EFTPos) cards online. CVC (Mastercard only) - Some (newer) Mastercards now have a 'CVC Number' printed on the card (designed for on-line payments) - if you have a new Mastercard with one of these numbers, please enter it here. Most people don't have one of these and should leave this field empty. Expiry Date - This is the standard expiry date embossed on your card (eg. 01/03). Please make sure your card has not expired when processing online (your card is valid including the month listed as the expiry date). Amount $ - This is the total ($AUD) in dollars and cents that you wish to pay. The figure you list here will be debited from you credit card and credited to your ISPDr account. There is no minimum, the maximum for each card type is listed above. Please note: You can add as much as you like - any 'extra' funds will stay as credit on your ISPDr account balance for future use. At this stage, you should look over the form to make sure you have all of the details entered correctly (especially the account name and amount to pay). Once you are happy, press the 'Submit Payment' button and the processing will begin (this is going all the way to our bank, then to your bank and back again - so processing could take up to 30 seconds). If you make any mistakes on the card details / you will be prompted to re-enter the details (Note: all information about this attempt is logged). Once the payment comes back approved, you will receive a transaction number (you should write this down). Shortly after you will receive an email from the Online system with these details, and within 10 minutes you will receive a 'normal' ISPDr SNAS Receipt notice - its all done! If you do not receive these emails or the payment doesn't appear to have been added to your account - then please call us. We collect a lot of information on each transaction and we can manually match payments up. Really that's all there is to it - once you have done one, its a breeze. |
